Scope

Ruinux operates Kids Magic Book. This policy describes how information is handled in the web game and Android app, including gameplay, content updates, device registration and customer support.

Information and purposes

Device registration
We process a random installation identifier (Device ID), an installation credential, game version, platform, user-agent information, device model and Android version in the app, and first and latest registration times. These support installation status, request authentication, version management and compatibility troubleshooting. The Device ID is not an advertising ID or hardware serial number.
Game progress and settings
Progress, stars and acorns, owned items, drawings, language and sound settings, and an age value selected for difficulty are stored on the device. The current game does not transmit this progress for cloud saving. The difficulty value is not a date of birth.
Content updates
The game contacts the server to check for updates and stores downloaded content, version and integrity information in private app storage or browser storage.
Support
We use the sender address, message and attachments voluntarily supplied by email to answer enquiries, investigate errors and handle privacy requests.
Connection and security
Server communication may involve IP addresses, request times and paths, response status and user-agent information for service delivery, troubleshooting and prevention of unauthorized access.

Communication and storage

When connected, game startup may trigger update checks, downloads and device registration. Registration may be retried when connectivity returns. A separate setting to disable only device registration is not currently provided.

The Android app is designed to play the bundled or saved game offline. Offline reopening of the web game depends on browser storage and page-loading policies.

Resetting progress affects local progress. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data does not by itself delete server registration records.

Ads, purchases and permissions

The game requires no game account or login and displays no ads. The current version is free and real in-app billing is not connected.

Current game features do not collect contacts, precise location, photo-library contents, camera or microphone data, Android Advertising ID, IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial numbers or MAC addresses.

Before introducing purchases or new data processing features, we will update this policy with the relevant information categories, purposes, retention rules and service providers.

Children’s privacy

Kids Magic Book is a math and play game used by children. Children are not asked to enter a name, email or phone number for a game account. Device registration information is not used for personalized advertising or behavioral advertising profiles.

Parents or legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing relating to their child’s information. Please use the parent’s contact details and avoid unnecessary children’s names, photographs or identity documents.

The hold gesture in the Parents menu helps prevent accidental access; it does not verify legal parental consent. Processing that legally requires parental consent is subject to a separate valid consent procedure.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods by information type
InformationRetention
Device registration1 year from the latest registration request
Connection and security logsUp to 30 days from recording
Support emails and attachments1 year after the enquiry is closed
Server backupsUp to 30 days from backup creation
Local game informationUntil reset or removal of app or site data by the user

Information is deleted without undue delay once its retention period or purpose ends. Information in backups expires within the backup cycle, up to 30 days; deletion requests are reapplied if a backup is restored. Electronic records are deleted in a manner that makes recovery difficult; any paper records are shredded.

Where required by law or necessary to preserve evidence of a dispute or security incident, only the relevant information is retained for the necessary period and deleted when that reason ends. We will explain the applicable reason and period in response to a request.

Your rights and requests

Users and legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing. Email ruinux.system@gmail.com with the request type and Device ID if available. If you cannot find the ID, let us know so we can explain how to proceed.

We may request the minimum information needed to verify authority. Do not email passwords, installation credentials or a child’s identity documents. Within 10 days of receipt, we will provide the outcome or the reason for delay and expected timing. Any shorter legally required deadline applies.

If legal retention or another applicable restriction prevents all or part of a request, we will explain why. After a server record is deleted, reopening the same installation online may create a new registration record. Please specify if you also request ongoing cessation of processing.

External services and disclosure

We do not sell personal information or provide it for advertising. We do not disclose it to third parties except with consent or a legal basis.

Ruinux service servers handle game updates and device registration. Support email is sent and received through Google Gmail, and the Google Privacy Policy may apply to its handling of email and attachments. A Google account login is not required to play.

Where additional notice or consent is required for service providers or international transfers, we provide the legally required details, including providers, tasks, information, countries, timing, methods, retention and ways to object. Questions can be directed to our privacy contact.

Security

App update and device registration traffic uses HTTPS. Registration requests use an installation credential. Local game information is managed in private app storage or the browser’s site storage.

Please maintain your device’s security settings and be mindful of stored game information on shared devices. Contact us if you suspect a privacy or security issue.

Changes and contact

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with the effective date. Significant changes, such as changes in purposes or disclosure scope, are subject to any required advance notice and consent.
